One Fire Collective is a youth development program dedicated to empowering young people to discover their purpose, strengthen their identity, and become successful relatives within their families, clans, and communities.

Grounded in Indigenous values, culture, and kinship, One Fire Collective encourages youth to build strong relationships with their clans and relatives, honor and support elders, and serve as positive leaders for future generations. Through cultural teachings, language preservation, mentorship, and community engagement, participants deepen their connection to who they are and where they come from.

The program promotes mental wellness, personal growth, and healthy decision-making while creating opportunities for youth to contribute to safe, resilient communities. Participants learn the importance of civic engagement, community leadership, and giving back through service projects and collaborative initiatives.

One Fire Collective also supports entrepreneurial development by helping youth explore innovative ideas, build practical skills, and create opportunities that benefit themselves, their families, and their tribal communities.

Through creative expression, youth develop skills in visual arts, storytelling, podcast production, digital media, spoken word, and performance arts. Participants are encouraged to share their voices, experiences, and cultural perspectives through creative platforms, including slam poetry, public speaking, storytelling events, multimedia projects, and community performances. These opportunities foster confidence, leadership, communication skills, and cultural pride while creating spaces for healing, connection, and self-expression.

Together, we are nurturing a generation of purpose-driven leaders who carry forward cultural knowledge, uplift others, strengthen community connections, and keep the fire of Indigenous values burning for generations to come.
